The Advanced Accelerator builds on everything you learned in the foundational program. Having established your storytelling foundation, mapped your social capital, and built your Fab 50 — you’re now ready to activate, deepen, and scale those relationships with more sophisticated frameworks.

This program is designed exclusively for Accelerator alumni who are ready to translate the Business of People into measurable organizational growth, more powerful donor relationships, and the kind of network that compounds over time.

Led by ECF Founder Kent Seton, the Advanced program goes beyond concepts and into advanced strategy — helping you turn what you’ve built into lasting impact.

The Advanced Accelerator is designed exclusively for graduates of the ECF Accelerator Program. The foundational concepts of storytelling, social capital, the Fab 50, and triangulation are assumed knowledge. Without this foundation, the advanced frameworks won’t land at the same depth.

Elevate your narrative beyond a personal story to a full organizational brand story. Learn how to craft messaging that moves institutional donors, media, and strategic partners — not just individuals.

Deep Social Capital Strategy

Advanced techniques for mapping, segmenting, and activating your social capital. How to identify power connectors in your network and how to build bridges between your circles for exponential reach.

Week Three

Activating the Fab 50

Your Fab 50 is built — now learn advanced activation strategies. Structured outreach cadences, how to create mutual value at scale, and turning your top 50 into a self-reinforcing network of advocates.

Week Four

Mastering Triangulation

The advanced triangulation playbook. Multi-party value creation, how to orchestrate relationships between key stakeholders, and building the reciprocal network that defines the Business of People at its highest level.
